About Us

Hi, I’m Tommy! I’m a proud native of St. Albans, West Virginia, and I’ve spent most of my life here in the Mountain State. After graduating from St. Albans High School, I moved to the Huntington area in 2006 to work—and I’ve called this wonderful area home ever since.

In February 2023, I made the decision to start my own business as a mobile notary and wedding officiant. I wanted to offer a service that would make life easier for local residents, especially those who may have trouble accessing a notary or are looking for a non-denominational wedding officiant.

​

In my commitment to serving the community, I completed my National Notary Association (NNA) Notary Signing Agent training in July 2023. This specialized training allows me to confidently guide clients through real estate closing documents and various other real estate loan paperwork.

To further expand my expertise, I completed the Loan Signing System (LSS) course in January 2024. This program gave me even deeper insight into real estate closing documents and the overall signing process.

As a commissioned notary in both West Virginia and Ohio, I am able to provide services in either state, and I’m happy to travel to meet your needs.
